Sage, Rubbed

Sage is the characteristic flavor of saltimbocca, turkey stuffing, and Lincolnshire sausages. Traditionally rubbed between the hands, our Dalmatian fresh rubbed dried sage is ground slowly in small batches to preserve its flavor and texture.
